A: Email your request for item #75-2084 to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us in Canada at (905) 542-7400, ext. 4248. Note: all catalogue items will be in U.S. funds unless otherwise specified.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Gospel Publishing House printed product is shipped directly from the warehouse in Springfield, Missouri. Special orders from outside publishers will require additional shipping time. Customers have several choices for shipping options.
Q: Where can I find an out-of-print book?
A: Wordcom does not offer out-of-print books. Once a book reaches out-of-print status and our supply is depleted, it is removed from our database.

A: All Gospel Publishing House product and curriculum is currently copyright protected, unless otherwise specified.

A: To receive a complimentary book review copy of Logion Press titles (produced by Gospel Publishing House), please submit a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request should include the name of your publication and the review editor's name and mailing address.

Q: Are standing orders available on the dated Radiant Life Sunday School curriculum?
A: Standing orders are appreciated as it helps fill your order with greater efficiency. Standing orders can be changed at any time by simply calling the Wordcom Order Desk at (905) 542-7400 ext. 4248 (quantity changes must be received at least one month prior to the release of the forthcoming quarter). If you choose to go with the Standing Order option, you will receive the same quantities as you received for the previous quarter, unless you have advised us otherwise.
Q: Can you ship orders overseas?
A: Yes. Shipping and handling charges will be applied. Foreign orders will be billed actual shipping.
Q: Is there a short cut to add all my product selections to the shopping cart?
A: Yes. There is an "Add All Quantities To Cart" button at the bottom of each product page. Try the Shop by Item Number option for even faster ordering.
Q: Why are my items not showing up in my shopping cart?
A: For you to use www.wordcom.ca your browser must be set to accept cookies. If cookies are not allowed, the store cannot maintain your shopping cart and will be unable to identify you from page to page and through the checkout process. Click here for more information.
Q: Why are prices listed in U.S. funds on Wordcom order forms?
A: Wordcom has partnered with Gospel Publishing House in Springfield, Missouri to provide order fulfillment for our Canadian customers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and payment must be made in U.S. funds.
Q: Do you offer credit?
A: Yes, Wordcom accepts VISA and MasterCard for payment. In addition, PAOC churches are eligible for Wordcom / GPH credit accounts. For more information on your account, please contact our Customer Service desk in Canada at (905) 542-7400, ext. 4248.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: By ordering goods from Wordcom / Gospel Publishing House, you authorize a third party to act as your agent to clear merchandise through customs and process all duties and taxes. Your order will be shipped through the most effective carrier.
