The Youth Leadership Certification Course is a program designed for youth leaders who have had little or no formal training at all in youth ministry. Seasoned practitioners with decades of youth leadership experience have designed and written this curriculum.
The studies are practical. They will develop your youth leadership skills. The studies are to the point. Each module is designed to take up one hour of your valuable time.
There are three components in each study:
• READ....developing the theme with written instruction
• REFLECT....applying the study through journaling, evaluation and planning; enabling you to identify needs and formulate responses
• RESPOND....completing homework assignments designed to flesh out the content with real life responses
